What You Bring
- RFP experience in service industry would be an asset
- Familiar with each province’s workers compensation programs is an asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills (via phone and email)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (intermediate to advanced level in Excel)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent teamwork and cooperation
- Strong negotiating skills- in depth negotiations background as well as direct, hands-on negotiating experience
- Adhere to deadlines and show proven ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Ability to exercise considerable independent judgment when analyzing information and evaluating results to recommend the best strategy and solution

Position Overview
- Responsible for obtaining subcontractor documents (i.e., insurance, worker’s compensation applicable to each province)
- Monitoring and maintaining subcontractor compliance records
- Onboarding new subcontractors
- Comfortable reaching out to potential providers for prices on site servicing
- Good understanding of client’s scopes of work for subcontractors
- Assisting with contracting sites when required
- Assist in any special projects such as new business initiatives and acquisitions
