To design a unique backyard retreat with a pool, fire feature, kitchen, and semi-private entertaining area, while ensuring ample perimeter privacy.
We meticulously aligned hardscapes, pool, and landscaping with the home’s architecture, creating seamless flow. Key solutions included:
- A custom 18'x38' pool with a sun shelf and full-length bench.
- Two knee walls for enhanced poolside privacy.
- A soothing sheer descent water feature for ambiance and noise cancellation.
- A sunken patio, 21" below grade, with a custom fire pit for intimate gatherings.
- Hardscaping with a sophisticated mix of concrete and linear pavers.
- A unique front approach with offset concrete pads and cohesive walkway design.
- Integrated low-voltage lighting for enhanced ambiance and safety.
