To incorporate the surrounding forest into the design, while including a pool, water feature, kitchen, putting green, fire pit, hammock, and lawn area for play and pets.

  • Managing the severe grade change between the house and back lot line, especially near the garage.
  • Ensuring functional, low-maintenance lawn and entertaining spaces across uneven terrain.

    • A free-flowing pool design with a masoned retaining wall and three sheer descent water features for noise cancellation.

    • Tiered boulder walls and large flagstone steps to manage elevations and create accessible lawn and patio areas.
    • Pergolas for shaded retreats, including one for a hammock near the pool.
    • A separate oversized gas fire pit patio, offering a distinct space for relaxation and entertaining.
    • A paver patio replacing the concrete pad at the porch and a kitchen constructed with house-matching brick.
    • A custom putting green for practicing golf and extensive lighting to highlight the natural beauty of the forest-inspired landscaping.
