• To echo the home’s modern design throughout the property while incorporating a pool, structure, fire features, water features, and a private, functional backyard. The client also envisioned a distinctive front entrance and spacious parking areas.

The project required close collaboration with the client, a home builder, to ensure the design harmonized with his construction expertise. While he handled the pavilion, walls, fire features, and exposed aggregate, we meticulously managed all other aspects of the design and installation.

• A unique front entrance combines solid paver walkways with exposed aggregate stepping pads, seamlessly connecting to the auto court.
• Front walls and landscaping were designed to match the home’s lines, materials, and contemporary aesthetic.
• Strategic placement of privacy walls and pavilion ensures a secluded and functional space.
• The custom 'Z'-shaped pool features a large sun deck (22’x14’) and a separate swim area (18’x30’), maximizing lounging and entertaining space.
• Five water spouts were installed to block street noise, enhancing relaxation.
• Lighting throughout the property adds ambiance and safety, while thoughtful landscaping softens hardscape features.
