• Extended the upper patio to serve as the foundation for all design elements, with side steps for a wide, open raised area.
• Cantilevered the upper patio to maximize usable space.
• Installed a custom pool that doubles as a spa (16’4” x 4’10”) with an auto cover for convenience.
• Positioned a double-sided masonry fireplace behind the pool, adding privacy, ambiance, and elegance to the design.
• Designed an aluminum shade structure with a louvered roof for weather protection, seamlessly integrated as a roof extension.
• Built raised masonry planters that double as pool support walls, planted with bamboo for added privacy and to soften the space.
• Concealed aluminum fencing behind bamboo for a sleek and modern look.
• Installed strip lighting around the pool, bollard lighting along the walkway, and accent lighting in the front for a sophisticated ambiance.
• Used polished beach pebble as a groundcover to add a clean, modern touch.
